Synergy Float Center

A hidden oasis in the north Old Town Alexandria area, with plenty of parking to spare. Veteran owned. If you want a quiet place to relax and float in salt water with no distractions, this is the place to be. It is super clean here and the staff is friendly and helpful. They also offer other services such as infrared sauna, Magnesphere, Roxiva Light Therapy, Biomat relax station and many more. This is the perfect place to decompress and de-stress. Chris is the owner of this float spa.

Physical Therapy Zone

Located on Washington St in the heart of Old Town Alexandria, Physical Therapy Zone offers many modalities including manual therapy, cupping, Graston, and dry needling. The therapists are professional and effective in treating your injuries and rehabbing you back to health. Lori Alexander is the owner.

Club Pilates

Club Pilates of Alexandria is located in near Old Town around the corner of Whole Foods on Jamieson Ave. If you want to strengthen your core, add flexibility, and improve your posture, I recommend this place because the instructors are great. I am a member of this place, too. Its making such a difference. Before starting an exercise program, please get the ok from your doctor.

They carry a line of products to help in recovery for post elective surgery in self care.  This is good for lipo 360, tummy tuck, BBL.  Lymphatic massage tools and oils.
