Book your appointment at the button below. I encourage you to book online whenever possible. It will ask for your credit or debit card to hold the appointment but won’t be charged.
If you are a new client, please fill out your intake forms electronically. This will speed up the intake process. A confirmation email will be sent to you with the electronic forms provided. If you are unable to fill out the form electronically, please arrive at the office 15 mins before your session (before you get on the table). I have a paper form you can fill out in person.
FSA or HSA, I offer insurance-coded receipts. You just need a prescription from your doctor.

$15 off for active military families and first responders, please note you are active military or a first responder when you book online.
Cancellation Policy and Fees
To make changes or cancel your appointment, kindly reach out to us with at least a 24-hour notice to prevent incurring a fee. In case of a late cancellation or a missed appointment, the full amount will be charged. It is important to adhere to and respect our policies.
Veterans who are part of the Community Care Network will not be subject to cancellation fees as per our arrangement with the VA. We urge you to avoid late cancellations or no-shows to avoid a potential restriction after three occurrences.
Starting in January 2024, we're moving to a new booking platform called ApptHero. If you have bought gift cards or packages with the current platform (Acuity), I've moved your credits to ApptHero. When you book using the button below, you'll be asked to hold your appointment with a credit card, but I won't charge it – I'll use your credits instead. If you're fine with using your credit card to hold the appointment, you can book online. Otherwise, please call or text me at 703-740-7651 (office) or 571-205-5869 (personal).
